Coordinates the E&S safeguards officers and liaise between the Contractors, Entities and the Key Experts.

The E&S Safeguards Team under takes to coordinate the non-key/additional technical personnel of the consultant, prepare workplans in coordination with the Team Leader, identify and take a record of emerging issues to the attention of the key staff and lastly, coordinates the emergency/incident handling process and track all the grievances arising during the project implementation.
